Nominees to Fill Open Positions for 2011 Chapter President & Board of Directors

The Nominating Committee of Prep Styles, Inc. has opened our application review process of candidates applying for the four open Board of Directors positions for Prep Styles. We are seeking for a two-year term for each member, commencing on June 1, 2011. Members of the Nominating Committee were appointed to consider all eligible applicants and to select four final candidates. The Committee will nominate four eligible, quailed candidates whose names will be presented at the first annual meeting.

There will be no election conducted by ballot and no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. Nominations for vacancies next year may also be made by qualified petitioners starting on October 1, 2011.

Criteria to Qualify by Petition:

Do you have experience working with youth? Members interested in becoming candidates may now utilize the petition method. Qualified petitioners must be a member first named on the account; at least 18 years of age, willing to serve in a volunteer capacity and available to attend monthly meetings soon TBA (held in Jacksonville, Florida).

All completed applications, biographical information and petitions containing signatures can be entered below, or simply mailed in to the President/Chairman of the Board via mail to:  221 N. Hogan Street, Suite 371, Jacksonville, FL 32202, no later than 5 p.m. (EST) on May 15, 2011 to be validated.

If no other candidates qualify by petition, the four open positions will be filled as selected by the Nominating Committee and will be formally announced at the 2011 Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2011, at 5 p.m. (EST).
